What is the difference between megalomania and narcissism?

Narcissists are not necessarily delusional. They may be overattentive to their own welfare and underattentive to other people’s welfare, but they do not necessarily have profoundly wrong views as to who they are. Megalomaniacs, on the other hand, are psychotically delusional about who they are.
